Porfirio Social Publisher Terms of Service

1. About the service

Porfirio Social Publisher helps creators organize, review, schedule, upload, and publish short-form videos that they own or have permission to use. The service supports creator-authorized workflows for connected platforms, including TikTok when the creator grants access.

2. Creator authorization

Creators must authorize connected platform access before account-level features are used. The app relies on official authorization flows such as TikTok Login Kit and does not request platform passwords.

3. User content

Creators are responsible for the videos, captions, titles, hashtags, thumbnails, and other materials they prepare, upload, schedule, or publish through the service. Creators must have the rights required to use and distribute their content.

4. TikTok upload and Direct Post flow

When TikTok access is authorized, Porfirio Social Publisher may upload creator-selected video content to TikTok drafts using video.upload or publish creator-confirmed video content using video.publish after approval. The creator remains in control of the selected content, metadata, and available posting settings before submission.

5. Prohibited use

The service may not be used to upload, schedule, or publish illegal, infringing, misleading, abusive, unsafe, unauthorized, or deceptive content. The service may not be used to violate TikTok policies, connected platform policies, or applicable law.

6. Availability and platform limits

Features may change, pause, or stop because of API changes, platform review decisions, quota limits, maintenance, or account authorization issues. Upload processing and visibility are controlled by the connected platform after submission.
