Porfirio Social Publisher Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Porfirio Social Publisher may process account information authorized by a creator through official platform OAuth, including basic profile identifiers needed to show which account is connected. The app may also process videos selected by the creator, titles, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, scheduling preferences, upload history, and publishing status.

2. TikTok authorization data

When a creator connects TikTok, the app uses TikTok Login Kit and may receive access tokens needed for the creator-authorized workflow. These tokens are used only to perform actions the creator requested, such as uploading a selected video to TikTok drafts or publishing a selected video through Direct Post after approval through the Content Posting API.

3. How information is used

Information is used to operate creator publishing workflows, display the connected account, retrieve current creator information, prepare upload or post metadata, send creator-selected videos, prevent duplicate submissions, show status, troubleshoot errors, and comply with platform requirements.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Creator data is shared with TikTok only when required for creator-authorized TikTok actions. Video files and metadata are sent to TikTok only after the creator confirms the upload.

5. Passwords and account access

The app does not request, collect, or store TikTok passwords. Creators authorize access through TikTok's official login and permission flow. Creators can revoke access through TikTok account or app authorization settings when available.

6. Data retention

The app keeps only the data needed to operate the workflow, maintain publishing records, and troubleshoot errors. Creators may request data removal or account connection support by contacting us.

7. Security

Porfirio Social Publisher is designed to keep platform credentials confidential, avoid password collection, and limit access to the permissions required for creator publishing workflows.
